Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for conducting the financial activities of the group's business companies in Taiwan, including holding company, investment company, and ESG & Sustainability Advisory Service Consulting Company. The role will also involve sup porting Finance Manager in developing overseas group's business. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial activities of the group's business companies in Taiwan, including banking, financial forecasting, analysis and reporting.
2. Ensure the financial statements are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations.
3. Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and potential risks to the financial performance.
4. Collaborate with ARAS team for operating system, internal control and policies implement, mitigate operating risk and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Participate in development and execution of financial strategies to support the group's business growth objectives.
6. Research and support on overseas industry regulation and new company start up.
7. Collaborate with leading private banking bankers, well-known international joint accounting firm, and the top 3 of law office in group business development.
8. Enjoying and growing together with ARAS team to execute company activities, including strategy meeting, reward night, and workaction..etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Solid understanding of accounting rule and Taiwan taxation is must.
3. At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. Proven experience in contributing to the department growth is plus.
5. Excellent communication and personal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
6. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
